All deliveries are sent from London using FedEx Worldwide tracked and 'signed for' service for your security and convenience. Any overseas deliveries may be subject to customs delays. Please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable). Thompson is not liable for any customs charges. We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
If you are buying a gift, we will be pleased to have it wrapped free of charge and sent directly to the recipient's home address.

Hassle Free Returns and Exchanges

- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange unworn and unused products in their original packaging.
- Before sending any items back please contact Customer Services in order to obtain a Return Authorisation number which you should retain for your records. When shipping a return, we strongly recommend that you use registered post, or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or damage of returned goods. For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returned earrings.

- To receive an update on your item exchange please contact our Repairs Department on +44 (0) 207 384 8305.
- Should you not be completely happy with your purchase, we will refund the full amount (excluding shipping charges) upon receiving the item(s) back. Please allow three working days for the credit to appear on your statement.
- All purchases for items "on sale" are final and cannot be refunded.
- In the unlikely event of your item arriving not as described, please contact us immediately on +44 (0) 207 384 8336 – we will be happy to assist. We are usually able to dispatch a replacement item the same day we receive the original item back.
Important Information: Returns from Overseas
All overseas customers who wish to return or exchange any of our items are kindly requested to include an explanatory note and Return Authorization number in the parcel and have it clearly marked as 'returned goods'. Failing to do so may result in having the goods held by customs – we regret that we cannot be responsible for payment of duties upon arrival of the parcel.
